Why Choose Us?
Ty Cwm Gwendraeth and Cwm Gwendraeth are purpose-built, modern care homes nestled in the beautiful Gwendraeth Valley.
Both services provide high-quality care to adults with a variety of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries (ABI), and mental health support. The homes are designed to create a homely and supportive environment where individuals are empowered to live fulfilling and independent lives.
At Cwm Gwendraeth, we care for 59 adults, offering a range of facilities including lounges, a coffee lounge, garden spaces, a craft room, and an onsite Social Club called Canolfan. Here, residents enjoy a hydrotherapy pool, gym, and a welcoming social space to engage in activities and events. Our team is dedicated to maintaining and improving the overall independence of the people we support through rehabilitation, stimulation, and social integration.
Ty Cwm Gwendraeth is our modern, purpose-built facility, offering essential and special interest training programs. It provides a great space for our team to grow professionally while supporting individuals with diverse needs. We are proud of the strong multidisciplinary team at both locations, which includes Advanced Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and more. This supportive environment allows us to provide tailored care that ensures a high quality of life for the people we support.
