About the Service:
St Saviours is 29-bed nursing home supporting male and female adults with learning disabilities, Huntington's disease, acquired brain injuries and dementia. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, baking, arts & crafts, darts in the garden and quizzes.
About the Role
As an Registered Nurse , you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, Huntington's disease, acquired brain injuries and dementia to live life their way.
You’ll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Plan and deliver meaningful activities and events
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure
- Entry Level – £13.45 per hour
You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
