Location: Newport, NP10 9ES
Shifts: Full-time 42 hours per week days and nights (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis) 9am-9pm
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

About the Service
New Station House is a 6-bed Dom Care Service where you will be supporting 2 females with challenging behaviours and autism.. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of things such as evening club, dancing and social outings.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with autism and challenging behaviours to live life their way.
You’ll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure:
- Entry Level – £13.45 per hour
You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
