Shifts: Full-time days or waking nights - 42 hours per week - 9am-9pm  (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

About the Service

Maes-Y-Coed is a 2-bed supported living service where you will be supporting males with autism and learning disabilities. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of things such as swimming, crafts, beach, cinema and gardening.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with autism and learning disabilities to live life their way.

You’ll:

• Support independence and personal goals
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
• Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
• Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure:

• Entry Level – £13.45 per hour

You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
