Hours: Full time and Part time available (Monday - Sunday on a rota basis)

Payrate:  £18.54 - £21.22 per hour ( depending on qualifications)

Qualifications:  NMC PIN – Registered Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disabilities

We’re opening Ty Heulog in summer 2026, a brand-new, 32 bed purpose-built nursing home in Cardiff, and we’re looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to help shape our culture and deliver outstanding care from day one.

• Assess physical, psychological and social needs and develop personalised care plans

• Deliver high-quality nursing care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing

• Review and update care plans to ensure safe, effective support
