Job description
Location: Ty Cwm Gwendraeth, Llannon Road, Upper Tumble, Llanelli SA14 6BU for the first 12 months to cover MAT leave and then will be covering multiple services across South Wales.
(milage will be paid to services further than Ty Cwm Gwendraeth at 45p per mile)
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Salary: £28, 237.50 per annum
A driving license and vehicle is essential for this role
We are looking for an organised and friendly Roaming Administrator to join our growing team. Working closely with the Administration Manager, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the services.
Key Duties:
- Managing staff rotas and attendance records
- Payroll input, petty cash, and general financial administration
- Answering phone calls, emails, and responding to enquiries
- Welcoming families, visitors, and professionals to the service
- Maintaining accurate records, including care and staff documentation
- Supporting HR administration, onboarding, and training records
- Liaising with GPs, social workers, and external agencies
- Providing general office support in a busy environment
