Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire (Hybrid role)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Role Overview:
We are seeking as highly motivated Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role provides an opportunity for someone to help shape and influence future strategy of the business, provide value added strategic insight feeding into strategic planning, and drive business performance through identifying potential value initiatives and making smarter decisions.
You will collaborate with teams across the business, uncover trends and insights, undertake ad hoc analysis, and contribute to projects that influence how we grow and improve.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Insight
- Contribute to the development and delivery of strategic initiatives through analytical insight
- Support the evaluation of business performance against strategic objectives
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision making by senior stakeholders
Performance Analysis
- Analyse, and interpret both existing reporting and look to find new ways of looking at data and performance, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand analytical requirements and work with BI and Finance, to ensure reporting has the right focus on strategic priorities
Reporting and Communication
- Presentations summarising findings to business leaders – operational, functional and Exec
- Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 12 months relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strategic thinker- ability to join the dots between areas both internal and external, to identify opportunities, while also thinking about the big picture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analysis tools
Desirable
- Familiarity with data modelling, reporting frameworks, or business intelligence tools
- Demonstrated interest in performance analysis, strategy, or business improvement

- Curiosity and willingness to learn new analytical techniques and tools
- Strong organisational and time management skills
