Location: Blythe Bridge, Staffordshire - ST11 9LR
Hours: Full-time – 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)
About the Service
Blythe Bridge is a 7-bed residential service supporting adult males with autism, learning disabilities and mental health. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including shopping, going to barbers, days out and walking, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.
You’ll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure
- Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
- NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
- NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour

- Previous care experience
