Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire HG4 1BD

Hours: Full-time - 35 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

Pay Rate: Up to £13.90 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

About the Service

Cannon Court SL is a 9-bed supported living service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, brain injury and mental health. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including walking, visiting markets, parks and leisure centres helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.

You’ll:

• Support independence and personal goals
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
• Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
• Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure

• Entry Level – £13.40 per hour
• NVQ Level 2 completed – £13.65 per hour
• NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.90 per hour

Desirable:

• NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care
• Previous care experience
• Basic IT skills
