Location: Heathfield Apartments, 31 Heathfield, Swansea, SA1 6EJ
Hours: 24 and 36 hours per week available 8am - 9pm 9pm - 8am. (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Driver preferred.
About the Service
Heathfield Apartments is a 13 bed supported living service supporting adults male and female with learning disabilities, mental health, autism, emotionally unstable personality disorder and drug & alcohol misuse. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including holidays abroad, yoga, swimming, and meals out, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, mental health, ABI, and dementia to live life their way.
You’ll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure
- Entry Level – £13.45 per hour
You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
