Location: Shawlands SL, Sudbury, CO10 0FY

Hours: Full – Time Days – 35 hours per week (with overtime/sleep ins available) – 07:00–14:30/14:30–22:00/08:00–17:00/09:00–18:00  (Monday to Sunday, alternating weekends, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Shawlands is a 7 -bed supported living service supporting adult males and females with autism, mental health conditions and epilepsy. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going to the cinema, swimming, colouring and walks, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.

You’ll:

• Support independence and personal goals
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
• Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
• Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure

• Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
• NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
• NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
