Location: St Johns Crescent SL, Stansted, CM24 8JT
Hours: Full-time Days – 35 hours per week 07:30 - 14:30/14:30 - 21:30 (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service
St Johns Crescent SL is a 3-bed supported living service supporting adult females and males with learning disabilities and epilepsy. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including football, food, socialising, beauty and fashion, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.
You’ll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure
- Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
- NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
- NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
