Location: Hengoed, CF82 8FA

Shifts:  Full-time 42 or 36 hours per week(Monday to Sunday on a rota basis) 7am-7pm

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

About the Service

 

The Elms is a 6-bed supported living service where you will be supporting male and female adults with autism, neurological conditions, mental health and challenging behaviours.. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

 

People we support enjoy a range of things such as swimming, arts & crafts, going to the beach, cinema and gardening.

 

About the Role:

 

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with autism, neurological conditions, mental health and challenging behaviours to live life their way.

 

You’ll:

  • Support independence and personal goals
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
  • Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
  • Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure:

  • Entry Level – £13.45 per hour

You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
