Hours: Full-time –42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis) 9am -9pm

Pay: £13.45 per hour

About the Service:

The Hollies is a 5-bed Dom Care Service supporting a mix of male and females with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and physical disabilities. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including helicopter museums , aircraft shows and days out helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and physical disabilities to live life their way.

You’ll:

• Support independence and personal goals
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
• Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
• Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure:

• Entry Level – £13.45 per hour

You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
