Grow your career with an Apprenticeship at ivolve

If you’re a support worker, care assistant or nurse looking for more than just a job - somewhere you can learn, grow, and build a meaningful career - then ivolve could be the perfect place for you.

We’re proud to share that we’ve been named one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers for the very first time - ranking 31st in the UK! This national recognition celebrates employers who are creating real opportunities, championing inclusion, and helping people succeed through apprenticeships. And we’re one of only a few care organisations on the list.

Apprenticeships that work for support workers

At ivolve, we believe that great care starts with great people. That’s why we invest in our support workers, care assistants and nurses through fully funded apprenticeships - from Level 2 for those starting out, all the way to Level 7 for those stepping into leadership.

Whether you’re new to care or ready to take the next step, our apprenticeships are designed to help you earn while you learn, gain qualifications, and grow your confidence on the job. You’ll be supported every step of the way by experienced colleagues, dedicated learning coaches, and a team that truly values your development.

And at the heart of everything we do are our values of kind, resilient, and passionate. These guide how we support each other, how we deliver care, and how we help our colleagues grow - making sure your journey with us is both meaningful and supported.

Recognition that reflects your impact

This award is a celebration of our amazing apprentices, supportive managers, and trusted training partners. Together, we’ve built a programme that’s flexible, inclusive, and tailored to real life in care.

We're especially proud that:

  • Over 400 colleagues are currently completing apprenticeships with us.

  • 35% of our apprentices identify as Black, Asian or from an ethnic minority background.

  • Most of our apprentices are aged 25 and over, proving it’s never too late to invest in yourself.

We also offer localised training across England and Wales, with culturally sensitive delivery and flexible access to suit your needs.

What you’ll get as part of the ivolve team

At ivolve, apprenticeships are just one part of our wider commitment to support workers. We offer a full package of benefits, wellbeing resources, and career progression opportunities – check out our Benefits and Perks to find out more.

We’re already working on the next phase of our apprenticeship journey - adding more real-life experience, clearer career pathways, and even more support to help you thrive.
