Job Title: Behaviour Analyst
Location: Manchester/West Yorkshire
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £41,000-£48,000 dependent on experience

- Overseeing the implementation of Strive across our services - our positive support model. It’s the way we deliver active care and support. We believe in being proactive, not reactive. By planning ahead, we create opportunities for the people we support to lead active and fulfilling lives.
- Supervising and supporting our PBS Practitioners
- Collaborating with the Regional Leadership Team to improve the experience of the people we support and our colleagues
- Delivering Active Support and PBS training and monitoring the outcome and impact of this
- Provide high quality best practice approaches to support the achievement of person centred goals for the people we support
- Working with services to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support
- BCBA or UKBA(cert))
- Registration with UK-SBA (or willingness to register)
Experience:
- At least 1 years experience working in social care
- Skilled in developing Positive Behaviour Support plans and interventions to increase skills and reduce behaviours of concern
- Familiarity with working with multi-disciplinary teams and balancing the differing views of stakeholders
