Job Title: Contracts and Cost Manager

Vacancy Location:  Chesterfield, S41

Shifts: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Pay Rate: Up to £60’000 Per Annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview


Working autonomously and closely with the wider department and business, you will oversee the completion of a range of key activities in a timely and professional way, supporting colleagues, resolving issues along the way.


Property Support Hub


*         Support the identification, implementation and be responsible for, the on-going customer relationship with a single CAFM provider / platform

*         Develop, implement and maintain a Schedule of Rates for all maintenance activity.

*         Develop and maintain a network of reactive and planned maintenance contractors using an agreed Schedule of Rates.

*         Tender key activities to maximise our size and provide standardisation across the Group.

*         Cost check maintenance invoices for accuracy.

*         Support the Facilities Co-ordinators when approving escalated maintenance queries.

*         Hold regular calls with The Regional Facilities Managers.

*         Travel between the different services to provide support and advice as required.

*         General administrative responsibilities, including the provision of information and reporting to support the Facility Management Team and property Department generally

*         ensure communication is effective, respectful, professional, clear and timely

*         always conduct yourself in a professional manner, reporting in line with our procedures things that are of

*         concern in an open and transparent way that supports the reputation and growth of ivolve.

The main skills and experience for this role


*         Good general education

*         Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness and a passion to make a difference.

*         Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications

*         Proficient with CAFM systems

*         Network of maintenance and construction contractors

*         In depth knowledge of maintenance and construction pricing techniques / SOR’s.

*         Ability to establish credibility quickly.

*         Strong communication and administrative skills.

*         Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.

*         Relevant transferable experience

*         Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
