Job Title: Maintenance Operative

Vacancy Location: Field based, covering our services from Leeds to Bridlington

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £28'000 Per Annum + Company Van

The Opportunity We are looking for a Maintenance Operative who wants more than just a salary. You will be the person who ensures our people we support live in beautiful, functional, and safe surroundings. You will be a friendly face around our services, fixing problems and making life easier for both our colleagues and the people we support.

Day-to-Day Duties

• General upkeep and decoration of our services.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance to protect our people we support.
• Using our digital system to log jobs and track progress.
• Communicating warmly with managers and support colleagues.
