Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our growing Therapy Team. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to individuals with complex needs, including mental health conditions, brain injuries, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities.
This is a varied role with a diverse caseload, offering the opportunity to work creatively and flexibly. We welcome applications from experienced Physiotherapists as well as newly qualified professionals, who will be supported with in-house training and mentorship.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with the MDT to ensure holistic, person-led care.
- Support individuals to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Contribute to assessments, care planning, and reviews.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on mobility and physical health.
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusion in all aspects of care.
The Main Skills and Experience for This Role
Essential
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience working in a health or social care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage a varied caseload.
- Passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling lives.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
- Experience delivering therapy in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of conditions such as autism, Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease.
- Familiarity with learning management systems or digital tools.
- Interest in service development and innovation.
