Location: Remote - Occasional travel when necessary

Salary: £36'000 to £40'000 DOE

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Overview

This project management position focuses on business change and will play a pivotal role in delivering organisational projects and initiatives across a large and complex transformation portfolio.

Working cross functionally the role centres on the people and process side of change which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt changes to business processes, systems, and technology.

This is a diverse role that requires a fast-paced, hands-on, and flexible project management approach.

The position would suit applicants who have some experience of project/change management, potentially as part of another role and looking for progression in this field.

 

The main skills and experience for this role

  • Experience of scoping, managing and operationalising change projects
  • Successful at leading, managing, and motivating others in a project environment
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others building and maintaining strong and positive relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and resilient with an ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, enthusiastic, and tenacious

 

Desirable

  • Experience of scoping, designing, implementing, and evaluating people and payroll related projects
  • Understanding of HR and payroll processes and policies
  • 2 year+ experience of delivering projects and/or business change
  • Experience with and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Knowledge of the Health and Social Care sector
