Location: Halstead,  CO9 1LQ (dual site)

Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate, experienced leader in social care? Join ivolve, one of the UK’s largest adult social care providers, and help us transform lives. We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead our supported living services in Clacton-on-Sea and the surrounding areas.

 

About the Service 

A group of supported living single occupancy services. We’re in a quiet residential close and we have a communal lounge and kitchen as well as a separate enclosed garden and patio area.

We support people to prepare them for independent living by empowering and promoting their independence. We support them with varied tasks and activities ranging from personal care and preparing meals, to supporting them on their chosen holidays. They enjoy different activities from sensory drives, bowling, lunches and dinners out, and weekly college.

 

 

Your Role

As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our services

  • Inspire and manage a team of dedicated support workers

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality care

  • Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community

  • Report to the Area Manager and contribute to the strategic development of the service

 

What You’ll Need

  • Proven leadership and management experience in the social care sector

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it)

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices

  • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and staffing effectively

  • Commitment to person-centred support, inclusion, and continuous improvement
