Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Service – Grove House is an eight-bedroom detached home located in Sutton. Each room in the home is ensuite and spacious. The home has two large living spaces, one of which will be a quiet space for individuals to access, and the other will offer a smart TV with ample seating space for movie nights and games consoles.
**Your Role **As the Registered Manager, you will:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our services
Inspire and manage a team of dedicated support workers
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality care
Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community
Report to the Area Manager and contribute to the strategic development of the service
What You’ll Need
Proven leadership and management experience in the social care sector
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices
Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing budgets, resources, and staffing effectively
Commitment to person-centred support, inclusion, and continuous improvement
