Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire CH66 4QR

Shifts: Full Time 35 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.01 per hour (dependant on qualifications)

We have recently opened Oakmere Cottage a beautifully refurbished 6 bedroom supported living home in Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port, where people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs grow in independence while enjoying everyday connection and possibility.

This is more than a workplace - its a home where people we support feel safe, valued and supported to live well. Over the next few months we will be recruiting for Support Workers and Night Support Workers.

What you'll be doing

Support is shaped around each individual, helping people enjoy everyday routines, access the local community and live with greater choice, stability and purpose- both now and in the future.

You will:

• Support adults with a wide range of complex needs
• Encourage independence to enhance quality of life
• Support people to achieve goals, both big and small
• Help to create a safe, welcoming and positive environment
• Provide personal care including support with continence needs, health and medication needs, handling personal possessions, finances and documents, shopping. Encourage good levels of personal and environmental hygiene
