40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

We are seeking a superstar Team Leader to join our team. First and foremost, you’ll be providing support and care to the amazing people we support with a wide range of complex needs such as learning disabilities and mental health needs. Our approach is person centred and done in a collaborative way. We call this co-production.

You’ll also lead the team whilst on shift, providing guidance, support and co-ordination for our amazing colleagues. We’re looking for the person with a natural ability to delegate, motivate people, escalate any concerns or opportunities as we like to call them.
