Job Title: Business Development Administrator (3 months fixed term contract)

Vacancy Location:  Chesterfield, S41 7SL (office based)

Shifts: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Length: 3 Months FTC

Pay Rate: Competitive

Role Overview

 

To support the Business Development Team ensuring that all enquires and administration tasks are monitored and actioned in a timely fashion.

 
 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Update and maintain databases and other internal systems on a daily basis

  • Answer incoming phone calls 

  • Book and arrange assessments

  • Send out generic contact to brokerage / duty teams weekly

  • Contract creation

  • Manage the Business Development Team inboxes 

  • Review referrals and send out to the relevant BD Partner

  • Update service profiles within the internal system

    • Any other administrative tasks as and when required

The Main Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude

  • Office administration experience 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

  • Good attention to detail

  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.

  • Previous knowledge and experience with Monday.com would be desirable but not essential.
