Role Overview

  • To deliver realistic sustainable growth across the division through a localised business plan
  • To work in conjunction with the Group Business Development Director and the Managing Director of the operating businesses to deliver the agreed business development plan
  • To work alongside and support the Division team with the delivery of their Supported Living Service Specification and Model.
  • Develop, build, and maintain a professional network within the sector that enable us to enhance our approaches and apply innovation across the group
  • To encourage, nurture and formulate relationships with our stakeholders
  • To work in conjunction with the team to ensure maximum occupancy is maintained by generating enquiry and referral sources
  • To manage reporting and data in relation to voids, new business revenue and growth

Skills and Experience

  • An experienced Operator in Supported Living Services, with a sound understanding of the future of social care and its service models.
  • Experience of working with Housing Partners/Associations, Housing Benefit teams and Specialist Supported Housing
  • A thorough understanding of conditions and diagnosis within our target markets and the ability and experience of formulating detailed outcome-based assessments and costings
  • An excellent understanding of the market environment and of the services provided by the Group
  • A natural and thorough understanding of marketing principles
  • Work to set Key Performance Indicators and Targets
  • An understanding of the Social, Political and Regulatory landscape that influence the market
  • An appropriate professional qualification and or a minimum of 5 years sector experience at Management Level
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Able to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills
  • Able to produce and respond to detailed written and oral communication in an office setting
  • Able to use standard applications to process, obtain and combine information e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, mail merge, and databases
