Vacancy Location: Cwm Gwendraeth/Ty Cwm Gwendraeth, Llannon Road, Upper Tumble, Llanelli SA14 6BU

Shifts: Full time 37.5 hours 8am-4pm (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

Pay Rate:  £12.90 per hour

59 & 49 bed complex nursing homes in Tumble, and we’re on the lookout for a Domestic / Housekeeping Supervisor to help set high standards from day one.

You’ll lead our housekeeping team, keeping the home clean, safe and welcoming for our residents. From managing rotas and laundry plans to infection control and stock ordering, you’ll lead by example and keep everything running smoothly.

About you: 

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping supervisor role

• Confident managing rotas, cleaning schedules and priorities

• Good knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and infection control

• Organised, flexible and a great communicator

• Happy to roll up your sleeves and be part of the cleaning rota A background in clinical or care-based housekeeping would be a big plus.
