Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S41 7SL
Shifts: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday - 9am till 5pm)
Pay Rate: £30,000 per annum
Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days at home
We have an exciting new position in our growing recruitment team for an experienced Recruitment Partner.
We require someone who is experienced working within recruitment with a can-do attitude that can think outside of the box. Your day to day will be varied as you'll be collaborating cross-functionally with the Senior Operations team to identify recruitment needs and develop new strategies, to ensure the efficient sourcing of quality people via new innovations and methods of direct sourcing.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Recruitment & Talent Manager you will support in the development of new strategies in the direct sourcing of candidates for all Operational Management requirements for the ivolve group.
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of service needs and recruitment requirements
- Schedule weekly meetings with Hiring Managers to capture requirements and deliver updates on current recruitment activity for current openings
- Research market insights for the Hiring Managers to keep up to date with the current recruitment landscape
- Report on key recruitment metrics to the Hiring Managers on a weekly basis
- Advertise and promote job roles on multiple platforms, including social media sites
- Continually assess and consider a variety of candidate attraction and selection techniques to achieve the best results
- Qualify candidates for suitability prior to arranging interviews
- Support Hiring Managers to ensure a fair recruitment process is adhered to, aligned with the competency framework
- Provide candidates with interview feedback and ensure they have a positive experience throughout the whole recruitment process
- Post activity with varied contents on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Work with our marketing partners to produce marketing material to promote ivolve, the Health and Social Care sector and our job opportunities
- Contribute to recruitment projects and change programmes in support of the teams objectives
The main skills and experience for this role
- Minimum 3+ year experience working in a recruitment based role either internal or external
- Experience managing a high volume of vacancies
- Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Strong communication skills
- Creative thinking
- Knowledge of GDPR is an advantage but not essential
- Experience working in the Health and Social Care sector is desirable
