We’re opening Ty Heulog in summer 2026, a brand-new 32 bed nursing home in Cardiff (Summer 2026), and looking for a experienced head chef.

As Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen team, run day-to-day operations, and make sure every dish is top quality. You’ll create seasonal menus, manage stock and costs, and keep the kitchen running safely and smoothly.

• Oversee kitchen operations and food preparation

• Create and develop menus

• Lead, train and schedule the kitchen team

• Maintain food quality, presentation and safety standards

• Manage stock, orders and food costs
