Job Title: People Onboarding Administrator
Salary: £25,500 per annum (Pro-Rata)
Working Pattern: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week.
Location: Chesterfield, Head Office.

Your Responsibilities
Delivering Great Standards
- Engaging with the recruiters and the necessary vendors in conducting the on-boarding process for candidates
- Work through the on-boarding pipelines within a timely manner to ensure applicants are processed and engaged in line with our priorities and to review and fix issues for an applicant to continue their on-boarding journey
- Generation of offer letters and new hire paperwork working in line with CQC guidelines
- Tracking and receiving all on-boarding forms and initiating background screening checks, using access workspace
- Coordinating medical and criminal records checks
- Updating relevant systems in a timely manner ensuring that all information is accurate
- Liaising with immigration providers when required
- Ensuring that all communications to candidates reflect ivolve care and supports values at all times
- Completing any other tasks as requested in relation to the on-boarding of permanent hires
- Working to set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines
- Ad hoc projects as requested
- Ensuring that all personal and sensitive information is handled within company and GDPR guidelines

- Experience of working in a person-centred role
