Job Title: Regional Business Administrator
Location: Chesterfield, S41 7SL
Shifts: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Salary: Dependent on experience
Requirement: Care sector experience essential

Role Overview

You’ll support Operational Directors and teams by managing enquiries and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across Quality, People, and Finance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal systems (Sona, Nourish, People XD); generate reports as needed
  • Complete contract monitoring, compliance updates, and stakeholder reporting
  • Collate ESG data for internal and external reporting
  • Manage regional inboxes and redirect queries
  • Monitor internal/external reports and follow up on outstanding actions
  • Oversee bank staff: training, welfare, and service allocation
  • Manage mobility vehicles: MOTs, servicing, and system checks
  • Handle data archiving per GDPR and retention policies
  • Complete driver declarations and DVLA checks
  • Coordinate supplies for regional offices and supported living services
  • Track hospital admissions, raise notifications, and flag concerns
  • Support appraisal compliance and escalate issues
  • Schedule and support annual reviews for people we support
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Skills & Experience

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to travel
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Office admin and systems experience
  • Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks
