Job description

Vacancy Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S41 7SL (hybrid role with 3 office days) 

Shifts: Full-time 37.5h hours per week (Monday to Friday - 9am till 5pm) 

Pay Rate: £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience) 

Sponsorship: We do not provide support for visa sponsorship

Role Overview 

 

  • Build relationships with our Service Managers to gain an understanding of their service needs and recruitment requirements. 
  • Advertise and promote job roles on multiple platforms, including social media sites. 
  • Continually assess and consider a variety of candidate attraction and selection techniques to achieve best results. 
  • Qualify candidates for suitability, before submitting to Service Managers to formally interview. 
  • Provide candidates with interview feedback and ensure they have a positive experience throughout the whole recruitment process. 
  • Post activity with varied contents on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. 
  • Work with our marketing partners to produce marketing material to promote ivolve, the Health & Social Care sector and our job opportunities. 
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and change programmes in support of the team’s objectives 

 

We are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience: 

 

  • Previous experience working in an internal recruitment role, an agency recruitment role or currently working in Care looking to move in to an office support function. 
  • Experience in managing a high-volume of vacancies. 
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Creative thinker. 
  • Knowledge of GDPR is an advantage but not essential, as training and guidance will be provided. 
  • Experience working in the Health & Social Care sector is an advantage, but not essential
